We are looking forward to you joining our Platform Engineering Team, with deep expertise in Life Insurance & Annuities data models (ALIP). This role requires a blend of hands-on coding and technical leadership, including designing and building APIs/JSON integrations while also providing guidance, solutioning, and triage support for the team. Our Platform Engineering Team is working to solve the Multiplicity Problem. We are trusted by some of the most reputable and established FinTech Firms. Recently, our team has spearheaded the Conversion & Go Live of apps which support the backbone of the Financial Trading Industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement data models for Life Insurance & Annuities (ALIP)
  • Build and optimize APIs/JSON services for data integration
  • Provide hands-on coding as well as design/solutioning support
  • Guide and mentor engineers, reviewing API designs and helping triage technical issues
  • Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery leads to ensure alignment
  • Ensure industry standards (ACORD) and best practices are followed in API and data model design
  • Balance deep technical execution with leadership responsibilities across the team

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership
  • Proven expertise with Life Insurance & Annuities data models (ALIP)
  • Strong hands-on coding skills in API/JSON development
  • Ability to design, triage, and guide teams in API integration and data architecture
  • Experience leading onboarding or transformation projects in the insurance domain
