ANDRES is seeking a detail‑oriented Insurance Coordinator to support our subcontractor insurance and prequalification processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong partnerships with subcontractors and ensuring timely enrollment in project‑specific insurance programs.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the collection and verification of insurance certificates from subcontractors, vendors, and third parties to ensure compliance with ANDRES requirements
Maintain and organize insurance‑related documentation using internal technology platforms
Track insurance status, confirm subcontractor compliance, and ensure requirements are met before payments are released
Coordinate subcontractor enrollment in OCIP and CCIP insurance programs
Collaborate closely with Risk Management, Preconstruction, and Accounting departments
Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment to ensure subcontractors are enrolled ahead of project deadlines
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement improvements, including leveraging technology and AI tools
Requirements:
Associate’s Degree or equivalent industry experience
5+ years of insurance coordination experience, preferably in construction
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Compass
Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast‑paced setting
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
