Job Responsibility:
Interpret and analyze complex commercial property insurance policies, including fire, flood, equipment breakdown, and supply chain losses
Review and evaluate claims using forensic accounting principles and detailed financial data analysis
Draft and refine incident specifications utilizing actual policy language, ensuring AI systems understand nuanced claims scenarios
Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports reflecting clear, grammatically correct, and logically organized coverage analysis
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop, test, and improve AI prompt engineering, enhancing claims automation and decision support
Participate in the creation and maintenance of policy interpretation rubrics and grading systems
Provide insights and feedback to continuously improve AI model accuracy and reliability
Requirements:
Proven experience handling complex claims for fire, flood, equipment breakdown, and supply chain losses
Strong expertise in commercial property insurance policy interpretation and claims review
Advanced forensic accounting skills, with the ability to analyze financial data for claim evaluation
Demonstrated excellence in English report writing, with strong grammar and communication skills
