Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Insurance Claims & Denials Coordinator to join our healthcare team in Little Rock, Arkansas. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a vital role in managing and resolving insurance claims and denials, ensuring accurate processing and timely follow-ups. Job Responsibility:

Review and analyze insurance claims to identify errors or discrepancies
Process denied claims and resubmit them with accurate information to ensure resolution
Investigate and categorize denial codes to determine appropriate actions
Collaborate with insurance providers and internal teams to resolve outstanding claims
Utilize Epic EMR software to document and track claims and denials efficiently
Conduct detailed analysis of claim data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and insurance policies
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on claim statuses
Maintain accurate and organized records of all claims and denials handled
Support the team in meeting organizational goals and improving claims processing workflows

Requirements:

Proven experience in processing medical insurance claims and handling denials
Strong knowledge of denial codes and resolution processes
Proficiency in Epic EMR software for claims documentation and tracking
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and insurance policies
Effective communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders
Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is preferred
