GCSE including high level in Mathematics and English
Strong written and spoken communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Job Responsibility

Support underwriting teams to deliver exceptional client service
Record insurance risks and manage bookings
Prepare policy documents and process endorsements
Identify and implement process improvements to optimise efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams to build a strong operational understanding
Assist in delivering the organisation’s claims strategy
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure claims are handled efficiently and to required standards
Develop the skills and confidence needed to support customers and brokers effectively
Supporting underwriting and claims teams with daily tasks
