We are partnering with a leading insurance brand to find a switched-on Customer Relations Administration Officer. This is an individual contributor role within a supportive, collaborative division focused on maintaining top-tier customer standards. You'll be the operational engine room for the team, keeping case files, systems, and communications moving smoothly behind the scenes. It's a busy, varied role where your organizational skills will truly shine. Ideally, you have prior dispute resolutions or claims experience.
Job Responsibility
Sending complaint outcomes to customers and internal Claims teams promptly
Gathering info from various internal databases and keeping SharePoint accurate, organized, and audit-ready
Monitoring complaint timelines (like ensuring 10-day customer updates are logged) and responding to general enquiries
Uploading required documentation to external portals (such as AFCA) and liaising with the Claims department for missing info
Helping the wider Customer Relations team with ad hoc admin tasks and continuously improving everyday processes
Requirements
2 years experience
Solid admin experience: Proven background supporting a team with data, reporting, and communication tools
Tech-savvy mindset: Comfort jumping between multiple software systems and databases to track down information
Eagle eye for detail: A knack for picking up on small errors or inconsistencies quickly
Time management skills: The ability to prioritize your day, manage competing demands, and meet agreed-upon timelines
Great communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills for both internal teams and external customer correspondence
