Job Responsibility
Act as the primary contact and escalation point for insurer clients regarding relationship development, project road mapping, contract management, and invoicing
Support the implementation and launch of advanced insurance technology solutions for specific client projects through weekly progress meetings and internal technical discussions
Organize and lead periodic alignment meetings with internal and client teams to discuss project progress, system configurations, and emergent issues
Help Canadian insurance clients thoroughly understand the technical options, configurations, and possibilities available within the complex software platform
Collaborate closely with the legal team to review, refine, and negotiate client contract terms effectively
Partner with the accounts and finance teams to streamline client invoicing, billing cycles, and payment processes
Coordinate cross-functional team meetings among local and global colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of customer care services
Report directly to the Insurer Relations Manager, contributing actively to the expansion and ongoing development of processes within this vertical
Requirements
3 to 5 years of professional experience within the insurance industry, with a strong focus on client management or software account management
University degree in a related business field or a college diploma specializing specifically in insurance studies
Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation is considered a strong asset
Flexibility and willingness to travel 4 to 6 times a year throughout Canada to meet with key insurance stakeholders
Must be currently residing within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to facilitate regional coverage
Exceptional client relationship management skills with a proven track record of maintaining strong, long-term B2B relationships
Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to bring diverse teams together and balance competing priorities
Proven capability in contract negotiation, contract management, and interpreting service level agreements
Nice to have
Proficiency in both English and French
Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
