Job Responsibility:

  • Install cavity wall and loft insulation with precision and care
  • Conduct pre-installation checks to ensure all requirements are met
  • Work safely at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and elevated platforms
  • Problem-solve on the go, addressing challenges with a positive attitude
  • Maintain excellent customer relations through effective communication

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card
  • Excellent customer care and time management skills
  • Ability to read and understand risk assessments, installation regulations, and drilling sequences
  • Strong skills in re-pointing drilled holes and color-matching to a high standard
  • Thorough understanding of gas safety and ventilation requirements
  • Proactive and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team
  • Not afraid of physically demanding work and can comfortably work in confined spaces
  • Effective communicator who can explain technical details to customers in a friendly and clear manner
  • Must be able to drive
