Insulation Installer

• Install all types of insulation including spray foam, cellulose, and fiberglass
• Operate equipment and ensure it’s maintained in good working condition
• Stay on schedule and complete projects efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and take pride in high-quality installations
• Work safely and respectfully with team members
• Flexibility and proficiency in all insulation products offered by The Green Cocoon
• Lead and coordinate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain quality standards

• No facial hair on cheeks and neck due to respirator use
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
• Able to work on ladders and scaffolding
• Must be able to work overtime and occasionally out of town when the job requires
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Able to work in cold and extreme heat
• Able to operate forklift
• Leadership skills
• Construction or painting experience preferred, but not limited to fiberglass batting, spray foam, blown-in, or airless paint sprayer
• Ability to use good judgment and problem-solving skills while striving to work safely at all times
• Must be able to work in the US
• Must speak English

Bilingual is a plus
