The resource inserted directly reporting to the Engineering Manager will work within the electro-instrumental department.
Job Responsibility:
Review of the technical documentation of the order (customer specifications)
Control of the documentation produced by the sector subcontractors (electrical documentation including electrical, instrumentation and automation diagrams)
Definition of project standards
Preparation of technical documentation for electrical / basic instrumentation
Alignment and technical verification of sub-suppliers' offers relating to electro-instrumental disciplines
Support to mechanical specialists for interfaces, layout, routing, supports
Preparation of purchase specifications for instrumentation, control systems (PLC, DCS)
Implementation and/or drafting of P&IDs for the instrumental/electrical part and support to the project engineers of the order
Preparation of instrument data sheets, loop-diagrams, hook-ups etc.
Participation in sector technical meetings and F.A.T.
Technical assistance with assembly
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering
Diploma as an industrial expert with a proven level of competence
Previous experience as an Instrumentation Engineer or Electrical Project Engineer
Previous experience in the role of at least 3-4 years
Experience from the Plant Engineering world, preferably Oil & Gas
Autonomy in carrying out assigned activities
Good interpersonal skills with the work team and customer management
Fluent knowledge of English
Knowledge of AUTOCAD 2d software, Word, Excel
Knowledge of CEI, IEC, ATEX, ISA, UNI regulatory standards related to the design of instrumentation systems
