Job Description

Join our growing Instrument team in our state-of-the-art offices in Jåttåvågen in Stavanger. We are strengthening our Instrument organization in Stavanger and are looking for Instrument Engineers who want to develop their skills in a highly competent and collaborative environment. As part of our cluster-based organization, you will work across projects, disciplines and technical domains while developing expertise within your chosen field. We are investing heavily in digitalization, automation and AI-enabled ways of working, and we are looking for engineers who want to contribute to the future of engineering execution.

Job Responsibility

  • Work in modification, maintenance and energy projects for major industry clients
  • Participate in multidisciplinary engineering teams
  • Contribute to instrument, automation and control system engineering
  • Support development of smarter and more efficient engineering processes
  • Explore opportunities within digitalization, programming and AI
  • Build broad technical competence across multiple instrument disciplines

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of relevant experience
  • BSc or MSc within Instrumentation, Automation, Cybernetics or similar
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop
  • Interest in digitalization, AI, programming and new technology
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
  • Curiosity and motivation to challenge and improve existing work processes
  • Interest in developing broad multidisciplinary competence alongside technical specialization
