We are strengthening our Instrument organization in Stavanger and are looking for Instrument Engineers who want to develop their skills in a highly competent and collaborative environment. Job Responsibility
Work in modification, maintenance and energy projects for major industry clients
Participate in multidisciplinary engineering teams
Contribute to instrument, automation and control system engineering
Support development of smarter and more efficient engineering processes
Explore opportunities within digitalization, programming and AI
Build broad technical competence across multiple instrument disciplines
Requirements
1–5 years of relevant experience
BSc or MSc within Instrumentation, Automation, Cybernetics or similar
Strong willingness to learn and develop
Interest in digitalization, AI, programming and new technology
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
Curiosity and motivation to challenge and improve existing work processes
Interest in developing broad multidisciplinary competence alongside technical specialization
