Job Description

Support manufacturing operations by maintaining proper supplies of major and minor ingredients used in production processes. Ensure ingredient hoppers, oil systems, and production supply areas are maintained at required levels. Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with rotating shifts and physical labor requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain supplies of major and minor ingredients in designated bins and hoppers
  • Ensure oil systems and process oil supplies are maintained for production needs
  • Supply minor ingredient bags to the 2nd-floor Banbury production area
  • Maintain proper lot and batch traceability records
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from contamination risks
  • Dispose of waste and trash in assigned areas following company procedures
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness, especially around oil, cardboard, dust, and foreign materials
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and QSR procedures
  • Frequently lift, push, and pull materials over 50 lbs without assistance
  • Use stairs and steps frequently during daily operations

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of manufacturing experience required
  • Experience in production, assembly, material handling, or industrial environments preferred
  • Experience working in physically demanding environments is a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts
  • Comfortable working in varying temperature environments
  • Ability to work around chemical dust exposure
