Requirements:

  • Previous experience teaching or leading groups (e.g., as an Instructor, Cover Supervisor, or Sports Coach) is highly desirable
  • A 'can-do' attitude and the ability to hit the ground running in new environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build quick rapport with students and colleagues
  • A commitment to supporting the Great Dunmow educational community
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) is essential
