Randstad Education is currently recruiting versatile Instructors and General Supply Teachers to support a diverse range of Primary and Secondary schools across Braintree. If you are looking for a role that offers variety, local work, and the freedom to choose your own schedule, this is the ideal opportunity. We are looking for energetic professionals who can step into a classroom and maintain a high standard of learning across all subjects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead lessons across various subjects, ensuring students stay engaged and on-task
  • Follow the set curriculum and lesson plans to provide a stable learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher
  • Implement school behaviour policies effectively to foster a respectful and productive atmosphere
  • Support the Braintree school network, helping local students achieve their best every day

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of the National Curriculum or experience leading groups of young people
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to new settings
  • Qualified/Experienced (QTS is a bonus)
  • Must hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to process a new one through Randstad
