The Alan Levin Department of Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering at Kansas State University invites applications from individuals with background in mechanical and/or nuclear engineering for two non-tenure track instructional positions at the Instructor or Teaching Assistant Professor level.

Job Responsibility:

  • Teach undergraduate courses in thermal/fluids sciences, mechanical system design, and controls/instrumentation areas
  • Supervise students on capstone design projects
  • Advise students
  • Support program development

Requirements:

  • Doctorate or M.S. degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related field
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship
  • Must reside in the United States when they begin working
