At Simplilearn, we are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Instructor with a robust understanding of agentic frameworks and practical AI deployment experience. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with tools such as CrewAI, AutoGen, and LangChain, a deep knowledge of Generative AI, and the ability to teach both technical and business-oriented aspects of AI systems. As an Agentic AI Instructor, you will guide learners through coding labs, real-world applications, and concepts such as multi-agent ecosystems, performance metrics, and ROI measurement for AI agents. In this role, you will conduct live online sessions, guide learners through hands-on projects and capstone assignments, and mentor them on applying AI techniques to solve real-world problems. You’ll help bridge the gap between theoretical understanding and industry implementation, empowering professionals to design, train, and deploy AI-driven solutions effectively. You will engage with learners through interactive discussions, case studies, and demonstrations covering topics such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and generative AI. By drawing on your professional experience and practical insights, you’ll inspire learners to stay ahead in an AI-driven world. This is a part-time, remote role. All sessions are conducted live online in an interactive, instructor-led format.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create a positive, professional and inclusive learning environment
  • Teach select lessons in accordance with learning objectives and fidelity to session plans provided by Simplilearn
  • Employ strategies known to meet the needs of adult learners
  • Manage regular communication with students to align on progress, expectations, celebrate milestones and address concern areas
  • Provide individualized student support during synchronous class sessions and outside class
  • Evaluate student performance and progression toward competencies based on course deliverables and course rubrics
  • Provide constructive and timely feedback to students
  • Assist in the management of Performance Action Plans for individual students who need additional support
  • Serve as role model for students and as an ambassador for our brand
  • Exhibit professionalism and an ethical and empathetic approach when engaging with Simplilearn staff, students, and the public
  • Promote student retention and amplify student satisfaction
  • Encourage teamwork and seek feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of industry experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with hands-on expertise in building and deploying AI models
  • Strong understanding of Agentic AI, the latest developments in AI frameworks, multi-agent ecosystems, and deployment practices
  • Proven hands-on experience working with agentic AI frameworks such as CrewAI, AutoGen, and LangChain
  • Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments
