We are looking for an Instructional Systems Designer to support the development of engaging, effective learning solutions for a contract position. This role focuses on transforming training needs into structured digital and instructor-led materials that improve knowledge transfer and learner performance. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in instructional design methodologies and can create high-quality content using modern eLearning authoring tools.
Job Responsibility:
Design and develop training programs, course materials, and learning assets aligned with business and learner needs
Build interactive eLearning modules and digital content using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information, define learning objectives, and shape instructional strategies
Apply instructional systems design principles to organize content into clear, measurable, and engaging learning experiences
Review and revise instructional materials based on feedback, testing outcomes, and changing project requirements
Create storyboards, assessments, job aids, and supporting documentation for training delivery and reinforcement
Maintain consistency in learning design standards, branding, and content quality across all developed materials
Requirements:
Experience designing and developing instructional content for adult learners in technical and detail-focused environments
Hands-on proficiency with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate for eLearning development
Strong understanding of instructional design and instructional systems design methodologies
Ability to create effective instructional materials, including presentations, guides, assessments, and interactive modules
Skilled at translating complex information into clear, learner-focused content
Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with stakeholders and subject matter experts
