We are seeking an experienced Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to design and develop engaging, learner-centered training solutions that support business, marketing, and organizational goals. This role partners with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and creative teams to translate complex information into effective, scalable learning experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Design and develop instructional content using ADDIE or similar methodologies
Conduct needs analyses and learning assessments to identify performance gaps
Create storyboards, scripts, and learning objectives aligned to business outcomes
Develop instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning materials
Collaborate with SMEs, designers, and developers to produce high-quality learning assets
Ensure learning solutions align with brand standards and accessibility guidelines
Manage feedback, revisions, and approvals throughout development
Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in instructional design or learning development
Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models
Experience designing digital learning experiences
Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, etc.)
Strong writing, editing, and content-organization skills
