Join our Product Services team as the person responsible for how our customers learn to use our platform. As an Instructional Designer, your job is to take complex technical features and turn them into clear, self-guided learning experiences—everything from interactive simulations and infographics to step-by-step guides. You’ll be the bridge between our technical experts and our users, making sure that even the most complicated concepts are easy to understand and apply.
Job Responsibility:
Create Learning Materials: Write and build instructional content, specifically focusing on simulations and step-by-step guides that help users move from theory to practical application
Build Assessments: Create meaningful simulation-based assessments that effectively measure whether our training is helping users master the product
Define Success: Write clear learning objectives and create assessments that measure whether our training is actually working
Guide the Process: Act as the go-to person for instructional design best practices, helping internal teams understand the most effective ways to teach our users
Analyze Needs: Look at customer feedback and product updates to figure out what training gaps need to be filled
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Content Writers, Video Designers, and Product Managers to gather information and see projects through to completion
Storyboard & Prototype: Sketch out and prototype your ideas early on so stakeholders can see the vision and provide feedback before you build the final version
Maintain & Improve: Use data and learner feedback to fix, update, and polish existing content so it stays accurate as our product evolves
Requirements:
2+ years of experience building self-guided online learning modules and simulations, with a portfolio that shows you know how to keep learners engaged through clear scriptwriting and storyboarding

You can write effective instructional text and scripts that are simple, direct, and error-free

You understand WCAG 2.1 and Section 508 standards because you believe learning should be accessible to everyone
Practical experience working with Learning Management Systems to deliver and track training content
Nice to have:
A background in cybersecurity or security awareness
