Proven experience in instructional design, course development, and course design for online learning environments for the last 2-4 years
Expertise in using authoring tools such as Articulate products and Video Products (like Synthesia and Vyond)
Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design models (such as ADDIE), and design principles
Proficiency in LMS platforms, similar systems
