Job Description:

This is a brand-new role where you’ll shape how traditional materials evolve into modern digital learning experiences.

Job Responsibility:

Transform existing classroom, eBook and coursework content into engaging, high-quality eLearning
Take ownership of scripting, storyboarding and developing modules (mainly in Articulate Rise)
Collaborate closely with the Education team to deliver a consistent, learner-friendly digital experience

Requirements:

Strong instructional design experience (scripting, storyboarding, sequencing)
Confident using Articulate Rise (essential)
Ability to convert PDFs/textbooks into structured eLearning
Comfortable using AI tools for content refinement (e.g., Synthesia desirable)
Familiarity with LMS platforms (Totara used internally)
Strong writing, editing and content structuring skills
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects
Strong communicator with effective stakeholder management

Nice to have:
