Job Responsibility

  • Leading the discovery, design, development, and implementation of engaging learning experiences aligned with instructional design models and adult learning principles
  • Creating multi-modal learning solutions (e.g., eLearning, instructor-led training, blended learning, job aids, microlearning, and video content) tailored to Merchandising and Supply Chain audiences
  • Translating complex technical and business processes into clear, accessible, and effective learning content
  • Supporting the development of the Global Merchandising and Supply Chain Academies, including curriculum design and digital learning resources
  • Developing and executing adoption strategies that drive engagement, readiness, and sustainment of new processes and behaviours
  • Managing timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for learning and adoption initiatives
  • Creating meaningful ongoing relationships with subject matter experts and key business stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution across regions
  • Defining and tracking adoption success metrics
  • Developing evaluation frameworks to measure learning effectiveness and business impact
  • Analyzing data and feedback to continuously improve learning programs and adoption strategies
  • Maintaining and updating learning content to reflect evolving processes, systems, and business priorities
  • Gathering and analyzing training participation, adoption analytics, and feedback
  • Translating insights into actionable recommendations to improve learner engagement and performance

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or teaching
  • Proven expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools and learning technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design tools such as PowerPoint
  • Graphic Design or UX Design skills
  • Proficiency with video editing software such as PremierePro
  • End-to-end learning development experience across multiple modalities
  • Experience with change management and adoption strategies
