Requirements

University qualification in Instructional Design or a related field such as Learning & Development is highly desirable
Proven experience (approx. 5+ years) designing and developing learning solutions in a corporate, higher education, or consulting environment
Experience in all phases of the instructional design process, from needs analysis to evaluation
Working knowledge of instructional design theories, practice and methods, neuroscience and learning theories/psychology of learning.
Ability to challenge SMEs/client’s ideas and perceptions of requirements then to take high level concepts provided by clients/SMEs, to interpret requirements and learner needs
