Instructional Designer

• Collaborate with project members and stakeholders, including Subject Matter Experts and Business Change Management teams
• Design and develop end-user e-learning courses, quick reference guides, and bite-sized learning videos
• Create promotional videos for internal communication to support transformation initiatives
• Track and report progress on e-learning development, ensuring review and testing
• Maintain and update existing e-learning materials to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Gather feedback from stakeholders and end-users to evaluate and improve learning effectiveness
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in e-learning development and delivery
• Explore innovative methods for online learning creation and delivery

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experienced or interested in e-learning development and instructional design
• Skilled in stakeholder management, communication, and presentation
• Proficient or willing to learn authoring tools such as PowerPoint, Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), and Vyond
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and facilitation skills
• Basic project management experience and SAP knowledge are desirable
