The instructional designer leads the creation of high impact learning experiences that accelerate performance across GTM, customer, and partner audiences. The role blends learning science, content design, and cross functional collaboration to deliver scalable, measurable enablement that supports business outcomes. This person is responsible for analysing needs, designing end-to-end learning solutions, and producing engaging, accessible content that fits seamlessly into the broader enablement ecosystem.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct needs analyses to identify performance gaps, behaviours, audience requirements, and business priorities
Partner with SMEs, product, marketing, sales, and GTM leaders to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment
Design and develop learning experiences using data, insights, and evidence-based methodologies, like ADDIE, Design Thinking, and behavioural theory
Develop content using authoring tools such as Articulate 360 Rise, eloomi, Synthesia, Camtasia, etc
Manage content within the LMS/LXP, ensuring structure, tagging, accessibility, and version control
Collaborate with team lead to ensure smooth deployment, tracking, and reporting
Work closely with product marketing, sales, customer success, and partner teams to capture insights and validate content
Requirements:
Proven experience as an instructional designer, learning experience designer, or similar role
Strong command of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and performance consulting
Proven ability to design learning experiences across different formats, including self-paced, instructor-led or virtual instructor-led training, blended learning, and microlearning
Proficiency with authoring tools (like Articulate Rise 360) and LMS/LXP platforms
Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills
Ability to simplify complex technical or product concepts into clear, engaging learning
Have a strong understanding of Go-to-Market commercial audiences to ensure the learning experiences effectively address their needs
Clearly demonstrate how the created learning experiences address the defined program scope and contribute to the expected program metrics and outcomes
