Job Responsibility:

  • Designing and building e-learning content using Synthesia and/or Storyline including avatar customisation and scripting
  • Writing clear, concise, and engaging scripts and storyboards, particularly for video-based and e-learning content
  • Creating visually compelling, on-brand presentations using advanced PowerPoint features including custom animations, master slides, and data visualisation, with a strong eye for layout, typography, and design consistency
  • Transforming complex information and data into clear, engaging visual narratives that communicate messages effectively to a range of audiences
  • Managing and organising content within Highspot, including creating and maintaining Spots, tagging and categorising assets, and ensuring content is easily discoverable and up to date for the sales team
  • Content creation and publishing expertise
  • Stakeholder collaboration and project management — working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and translate content, while managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience building e-learning and AI-generated content using Synthesia and/or Storyline
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory (e.g. ADDIE, SAM), with the ability to transform complex content into engaging, learner-friendly experiences
  • Strong scripting and content writing skills – ability to simplify technical or complex information
  • Advanced PowerPoint design experience
  • Visual storytelling ability
  • Experience managing and organising content in Highspot platform
  • Proven ability to build and publish engaging training courses, videos, and sales enablement content directly within Highspot, with a strong understanding of how to structure content to drive adoption and engagement among sales teams
