Job Description:

Arthur Lawrence is looking for an Instructional Designer II one of our clients in Yonkers, NY.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Instructional/Learning Design, or Sales Training, supporting GTM or direct sales teams
  • Formal training or certification in Instructional Design or Adult Learning, with proven ability to drive skill application and behavior change
  • Strong project management skills and experience designing, delivering, and measuring sales training using enablement tools (Articulate/Rise, Seismic, Google Slides) and learning analytics

Nice to have:

  • Background in GTM, revenue, or commercial enablement within fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region enablement programs with strong sales-facing presence
