• Additional Responsibilities: Serve as an internal subject matter expert, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences

• Moderate to advanced fluency with AI tools, including the ability to choose, configure, and apply AI tools responsibly to accelerate content production and processes
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and applications, such as: Content generation tools (e.g., LLMs for writing, summarization, and content transformation), Video generation and editing tools (e.g., AI-assisted scripting, voice, and visual production), Designing AI-driven workflows to streamline content production and iteration, Building or leveraging automations and agents to scale content creation and delivery processes
• 5 years of experience in instructional design or content development
• Demonstrated ability to translate academic research into actionable learning for executive audiences.

Demonstrated working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and architectures, including foundational models, training methodologies, fine-tuning, data pipelines, and agentic systems.
