Job Description:

This is an opportunity to step into a role where you can design, build, and shape learning at a global scale. This is not a coordination or delivery-only role. You'll be responsible for building learning solutions end-to-end, from identifying needs, to designing curriculum, to creating engaging content using modern authoring tools. You'll work closely with technical and operational teams to translate complex system and process changes into clear, structured, and scalable learning experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Designing and developing end-to-end training programmes for global system rollouts
  • Creating engaging learning content

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in instructional design / learning & development
  • Hands-on experience with content authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, Camtasia, or similar)
  • Experience conducting training needs assessments and translating insights into learning solutions
  • Experience designing curriculum, learning journeys, and structured training programmes
  • Strong ability to simplify complex or technical concepts into clear, engaging content
  • Experience working within projects or transformation environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
