Join SweetRush as an Instructional Designer/eLearning Developer in a remote role focused on IT initiatives, driving customer success and engagement through innovative learning solutions. This role will support an IT Customer Success and Enablement group where driving internal customer success and technology enablement will minimize disruption, enhance productivity, and improve the employee experience.
Job Responsibility:
Design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions for IT initiatives
Facilitate live learning sessions
Ensure learning deliverables include a comprehensive evaluation strategy
Collaborate with team and stakeholders to plan, co-create, and/or design learning experiences fit for the audience and needs of the initiative or product offering
Develop learning content for various technology solutions that are accessible and understandable to a non-technical audience
Support content development, including facilitator scripts and presentation materials for IT live learning events
Build interactive eLearning solutions in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360 and deploy in Learning Management Systems
Facilitate live or in-person sessions with global audiences focused on technology products, services, and/or initiatives
Ensure all learning deliverables include a listening and measurement strategy and implement surveys and evaluation methods to support each one
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of instructional design experience
Expertise in instructional design
Proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360
Strong communication skills to clarify technical subjects for a non-technical audience
Practical experience using AI to accelerate the content development process (Microsoft Copilot preferred)
Proven ability to deliver engaging virtual instructor-led training (VILT) via Zoom
Exceptional ability to translate complex or technical subjects into clear, engaging content for non-technical audiences
A keen eye for layout, color, and brand alignment using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Nice to have:
Prior experience creating courses for AI, Cybersecurity, or Microsoft Productivity Suite
Experience working within an agile development framework
