Job Responsibility:

  • Design and build engaging digital learning experiences aligned with learning objectives
  • Develop eLearning modules using authoring tools (primarily Articulate Rise/Storyline)
  • Apply instructional design principles and accessibility best practice
  • Transform subject-matter content into clear, learner-centred experiences
  • Create interactive learning assets (activities, scenarios, quizzes, assessments)
  • Incorporate multimedia (graphics, audio, video) appropriately
  • Ensure content meets brand and quality standards
  • Lead on the design and production of allocated learning projects
  • Plan work, manage priorities, and meet agreed deadlines
  • Work independently while contributing effectively to team projects
  • Review, test, and refine learning before launch
  • Work with SMEs, stakeholders, and project leads to gather requirements
  • Translate business and learner needs into effective learning solutions
  • Manage feedback cycles constructively and professionally
  • Communicate progress, risks, and timelines clearly
  • Keep up to date with eLearning trends, tools, and best practice
