As part of our strategic ambition, we are developing Gnosis Academy, an internal training academy designed to engage, train, and support our teams. Hosted on the Group's Learning Management System (CROSSKNOWLEDGE), this academy is structured around four key pillars: GLOBAL ONBOARDING JOURNEY: Provide a consistent foundation for successful integration of new employees. CULTURE HUB: Foster continuous learning, curiosity, and openness. DISCOVER OUR BUSINESS & PRODUCTS: Support the development of technical skills and ensure operational excellence. DIGITAL & DATA MASTERY: Enhance the digital proficiency and data skills of our teams to drive innovation and performance. To support the growth, enrichment, and visibility of Gnosis Academy, we are seeking an Instructional Design Intern (M/F). The selected candidate will be jointly guided by the Global HRBP of Gnosis and the Learning & Capabilities Specialist of Groupe Lesaffre, ensuring both strategic and technical input throughout the internship.

Job Responsibility

  • Identifying learning needs and structuring training programs
  • Conduct an in-depth analysis of internal learners' needs
  • Collaborate with various teams to collect and prioritize the data required to create educational content
  • Designing tailored learning journeys
  • Develop interactive and engaging training modules aligned with the academy's four strategic pillars
  • Create educational content using specialized tools (Genially, Articulate, etc.)
  • Write resources and metadata to ensure accessible and effective training
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to manage the project end-to-end
  • Define and plan the key steps of the learning journeys' design in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their needs and objectives
  • Act as a central point of coordination between various internal teams to maintain a smooth and efficient process throughout the project
  • Promoting and deploying Gnosis Academy
  • Contribute to internal communication about the academy and new modules released
  • Help integrate content into Groupe LEA’s e-learning platform while ensuring accessibility and quality

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program (Year 1 or 2) in Instructional Design, Education Sciences, or Competency Development Management
  • You are rigorous, curious, and autonomous, with excellent analytical and synthesis skills
  • You are proficient with instructional design tools (Genially, Articulate, Canva, etc.) and comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
  • You have good written and verbal English skills, enabling you to navigate a multicultural environment easily
  • You can independently manage educational projects while working collaboratively in a team

Nice to have

Ideally, you have some experience with LMS and have developed video editing skills
