Piper Companies is seeking an Instructional Content Developer to support enterprise learning initiatives in the technology industry. The Instructional Content Developer role is a short-term, execution-focused opportunity for an experienced developer to quickly step into existing frameworks and deliver self-paced learning content. The Instructional Content Developer role is a 3 month contract opportunity with potential to extend and allows you to work remotely.
Job Responsibility
Develop self-paced eLearning and video-based training using established templates and tools
Create and edit instructional videos and digital learning content
Build courses using standard authoring tools and predefined frameworks
Execute against tight timelines with minimal ramp-up
Provide development-only support to maintain learning continuity
Requirements
4–6 years of enterprise eLearning or instructional content development experience
Hands-on experience with Camtasia, PowerPoint, and tools such as Articulate or Captivate
Strong technical writing and video development skills
Ability to work fully remote and adapt quickly to existing processes
Comfort operating in a non-strategic, execution-focused role
