As an Instore Team Member, you will be the friendly face welcoming customers, preparing delicious pizzas, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. This role requires enthusiasm, a team-oriented mindset, and a keen eye for quality and detail. Whether you’re taking orders, assisting with food preparation, or maintaining a clean and safe environment, your contribution will be essential to creating memorable customer experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately, either in person or via phone
Prepare and assemble pizzas and other menu items following company recipes and standards
Ensure all food hygiene and safety standards are strictly adhered to at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the instore environment, including kitchen, counters, and dining areas
Operate point of sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle card payments responsibly
Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and inventory management to minimise waste
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily targets and ensure excellent customer service
Support training and development initiatives to continuously improve skills and service quality
Respond promptly and positively to customer feedback and resolve any issues professionally
Requirements:
Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or retail environments is preferred but not essential
A friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong team spirit and willingness to support colleagues
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Basic numeracy and IT skills, especially using POS systems
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
