Job Responsibility

  • Institutional monitoring: tracking political, legislative, and industry developments relevant to Fever (entertainment, tourism, culture, and sports), as well as preparing reports and strategic alerts
  • Partnership development: supporting the identification and outreach of institutional partners, preparing materials for meetings, and following up on agreements and collaborations
  • Institutional narrative: contributing to the drafting of communications, corporate presentations, and strategic documents for external stakeholders
  • Internal coordination: collaborating with Commercial, Production, and Content teams to ensure strategic alignment across initiatives with an institutional dimension

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, Business Administration, or related field
  • English High Level - native if possible
  • Act as a true team player
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Have initiative and ownership over work entrusted to you
  • You are based in Madrid or willing to move

  • Create and maintain a network with all customer areas, on the basis of trust and long-term goals, and provide strategic political advice for the CEO and Executive Committee members
  • Lobby for overarching and program-specific subjects and interests
  • Carry out general service and support- tasks for all Company sections (e.g. central VIP database, organization of meetings, conferences, etc.)
  • Plan and implement individual measures (‘lobbying’), coordinated with the Business Units and sections (e.g. AI Group Int.), so as to promote our respective interests, including appropriate support for export campaigns
  • Support the Divisions on issues concerning administration and procedures (export control, procurement procedures, CPM, etc.)
  • Contribute to positively shaping the company's image and the way the group is perceived externally by working on the brand positioning towards parliamentarians
  • Organize and coordinate political backing for the Company’ main export and foreign projects by the Governments, by embassies in foreign countries and by foreign embassies in the respective countries (’national political backing’)
