Job Description

Join our Institutional Partnerships team to support global academic partners with administrative and customer service tasks. Gain hands-on experience in academic publishing, open access, and research. You will work in close collaboration with our IOAP Team, assisting with administrative and customer support tasks, carrying out desk research, maintaining internal databases, and coordinating with the Billing Department.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide support to our IOAP partners in a timely manner to assist with day-to-day queries surrounding invoices, dashboards, and manuscripts
  • Perform invoice checks for institutions and liaise with our Billing Department where necessary
  • Support the activities of the team by carrying out data collection, preparing research packets, and putting together reports
  • Assist with building and maintaining strong relationships with our institutional partners
  • Document administration for IOAP contracts
  • Preparing and sending letters

Requirements

  • Some experience in organization, communication, or teamwork (e.g., internships, student projects)
  • English proficiency at C1–C2 level
  • other languages are a plus
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and interest in scholarly publishing or open access
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Self-organized, reliable, and comfortable working in an international, target-driven environment
