Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Institutional Investment Operations Associate within the Centralized Callback team. The team works to ensure fraud prevention via settlement instruction callbacks for client directed and non-client directed payments.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in lifecycle support tasks for institutional trade
review authority forms and authenticate payment instructions
assist leadership in resolving complex issues
provide subject matter expertise on projects and initiatives
review and evaluate functional operational tasks
present recommendations for resolving complex situations
collaborate with peers, colleagues, and managers
identify, research, and resolve problems
reconcile reports and transactions
resolve sales team and customer inquiries
revise departmental procedures

Requirements:

6+ months of Institutional Investment Operations experience, or equivalent work experience
training
military experience
education

Nice to have:

Client service focus
ability to analyze, research, and respond to moderately complex issues
experience in implementing solutions on behalf of the customer
strong data skills
bilingual (Spanish) preferred
knowledge of Microsoft Excel pivot tables
familiarity with operation controls
familiarity with CIB markets

ability to multi-task
prioritizing skills
strong attention to detail
ability to work independently
strong collaboration and partnering skills
knowledge of brokerage or administrative support
