Job Description:

As part of the Post-Merger Integration (PMI) team, you will play a key administrative and data-entry role in provisioning SmartRecruiters x SAP SuccessFactors instances for customers. Provisioning means setting up a new SmartRecruiters environment for a customer - for example, creating their new account, applying the right settings, and making sure everything matches what they purchased. You will follow clear step-by-step instructions and input data into our internal systems so that customers receive the correct environment, on time. You will work closely with the technical and provisioning teams, making sure all required information is collected, accurately entered, and tracked to completion. This is a detail-focused, process-driven role, ideal for someone who enjoys structured tasks and precise administration. Important: it's a part-time working arrangement (2 days per week, 8 hours/day preferred) for 6-9 months.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform data entry to provision SmartRecruiters x SAP SuccessFactors customer instances, following detailed checklists and standard operating procedures
  • Carefully copy, verify, and update customer information (e.g. names, IDs, dates, configuration choices) across internal tools and trackers
  • Track incoming requests in shared lists/trackers, update status fields, and manage basic prioritisation according to defined rules
  • Flag missing or unclear information to the appropriate stakeholder in a timely and clear way
  • Maintain accurate records of all provisioned instances, including dates, versions, and status, ensuring documentation is always up to date

Requirements:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfort with repetitive, structured work such as data entry, list updates, and form completion
  • Strong English proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Process-driven mindset
  • Comfortable using basic office tools (e.g. spreadsheets, online forms, internal ticketing tools)
What we offer:
  • Fully remote, part-time working arrangement
  • Hands-on experience within a global SaaS company during a high-impact integration phase
  • A role where your administrative accuracy and data entry skills have a direct, visible impact on customer experience
