Job Description

From Prague, we deliver projects for global brands — products you know, use, and enjoy every day. As our new Installation Supervisor, you’ll lead global machine installations and shape production worldwide.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure quality – Oversee precise installation of Bühler machines and plant solutions
  • Drive efficiency – Support plant improvements and cost optimization
  • Promote safety – Maintain high safety standards for all personnel on site
  • Lead teams – Guide and motivate installation teams to deliver top performance
  • Communicate clearly – Act as the main contact for clients and contractors during installations
  • Report accurately – Create daily and weekly site reports, escalate issues promptly, and coordinate with project managers

Requirements

  • Technical education (Mechanical Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing site teams and solving technical challenges on-site
  • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
  • Passion for hands-on work and flexibility to adapt to site conditions
  • Fluent English (B2+)
  • European passport (required for global mobility)
