Oversee and enforce strict adherence to all Installation Quality procedures across the region’s projects, including Start-Up Audits, QASL, Non Conformity management, and Change Mgmt
Continuously monitor the performance of all sites in the region, lead follow-up meetings, and report KPIs, monthly summaries, incidents, and findings to the relevant stakeholders
Drive internal improvement projects, gather on-site feedback, and collaborate with engineering, sourcing, SQA, and other teams to solve deviations and strengthen weak points
Provide on-site training for new Quality Leads, guide them in the correct application of Installation Quality processes, and deliver other quality-related trainings
Collaborate with IQA back-office to create and update internal procedures, QCP, and documentation needed for correct and consistent execution of IQA processes globally
