Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Installation Project Manager to lead and deliver installation services for both SBM and external client projects. This role is critical to ensuring safe, high-quality project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule constraints, while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment and operational excellence.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of installation projects from handover through offshore completion
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including installation engineering, procurement, and operations for seamless execution
  • Monitor project progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies proactively
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies
  • Manage relationships with clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to ensure strong communication and alignment
  • Prepare and present project status reports, including performance metrics, financial tracking, and risk assessments to senior management
  • Promote and maintain a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the energy industry managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
  • Strong understanding of installation project execution
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP certification is an advantage)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary and multicultural teams effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
