Installation Operative - London. Our client, a reputable leader in urban infrastructure, is hiring for a friendly and dedicated Installation Operative to join their operations team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic company committed to promoting sustainable transport solutions across the UK.

Job Responsibility:

  • Installing the companies products
  • Preparing and loading materials, tools, and equipment onto company vehicles at the warehouse
  • Driving company vehicles to installation sites across London and beyond, ensuring safe and timely deliveries
  • Unloading materials safely and conducting site checks before starting work
  • Following detailed drawings, instructions, and safety procedures to complete installations to high standards
  • Engaging professionally with clients and members of the public on-site
  • Communicating effectively with team members and updating managers on progress and any issues
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of vehicles, tools, and equipment
  • Supporting the workshop team with product assembly and preparation when needed
  • Assisting with other operational duties to ensure smooth installation processes

Requirements:

  • MUST BE A DRIVER
  • Practical experience in manual handling, installation, or site-based roles
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work well within a team
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude when liaising with clients and the public
  • Ability to follow technical drawings and instructions accurately
  • Flexibility to travel across London and the UK, working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • A valid UK driving licence
