We are seeking an experienced Installations Manager to join our growing team at A-SAFE Australasia Pty Ltd in Eastern Creek, NSW. As the Installations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our innovative safety products to our valued customers. Job Responsibility:
Manage and coordinate the installation of our range of safety barriers, handrails, and other protective equipment at customer sites
Liaise directly with customers to understand their requirements and ensure a seamless installation process
Supervise and mentor the installation team, providing training and support as needed
Maintain detailed records of all installations and provide progress updates to the wider business
Work closely with the sales and product teams to identify opportunities for process improvements
Ensure all installations are completed to the highest quality and safety standards
Collaborate with the wider business to identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise
Requirements:
Significant experience (5+ years) in a similar installations or project management role, preferably within the carpentry, construction or manufacturing industries
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and adaptable approach to your work
Sound technical knowledge of installation methods and safety protocols
Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams to deliver high-quality results
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to customer sites as required
