We are seeking an experienced Installations Manager to join our growing team at A-SAFE Australasia Pty Ltd in Eastern Creek, NSW. As the Installations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our innovative safety products to our valued customers. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for career development and growth within our innovative organisation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and coordinate the installation of our range of safety barriers, handrails, and other protective equipment at customer sites
  • Liaise directly with customers to understand their requirements and ensure a seamless installation process
  • Supervise and mentor the installation team, providing training and support as needed
  • Maintain detailed records of all installations and provide progress updates to the wider business
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Ensure all installations are completed to the highest quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate with the wider business to identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise

Requirements:

  • Significant experience (5+ years) in a similar installations or project management role, preferably within the carpentry, construction or manufacturing industries
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and adaptable approach to your work
  • Sound technical knowledge of installation methods and safety protocols
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
  • A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to customer sites as required
