As the Installation Manager at A-SAFE, you’ll take full ownership of barrier installation projects across the UK, ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning to completion. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where your leadership and project management skills will make a real impact on customer satisfaction and our reputation for excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage multiple installation teams and trusted subcontractors to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards
Take responsibility for the full project lifecycle, from planning and site visits to post-install reviews and client feedback
Liaise directly with clients to set expectations, resolve issues and ensure 100% satisfaction
Oversee project costs, variation orders, invoicing and compliance with all relevant legislation
Drive continuous improvement by introducing smarter processes and supporting the adoption of digital tools
Ensure all safety standards, accreditations and equipment checks are up to date and documented
Coach and develop your teams, fostering a culture of accountability and pride in every installation
Requirements:
SMSTS certification
IOSH Managing Safely qualification
Black CSCS Card
Proven experience writing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
Strong project management skills with experience managing service or installation teams
Knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
Experience working directly with clients and contractors
