Job Description

Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines. Job Responsibility

  • Support Quality Management in resolving technical non-conformities and ensuring compliance with "Management of Change" requirements
  • Assist Supply Management with Quality Gate 1 and incoming goods inspections
  • Collaborate with Supply Management, Quality Management, and Civil PE on anchor cage and foundation pre-inspections
  • Compile and review documentation for pre-assembly, statutory inspections, and release reports
  • Organize and support the Gate 23 process
  • Manage NCRs and incidents using UPVISE, ServiceNow, or similar tools
  • Coordinate with Quality Management to order and track missing parts
  • Address quality deviations (De-Snagging) to ensure long-term operational reliability

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Construction, Civil, Environmental, Materials Science, or Energy)
  • Alternatively, 5–7 years of relevant experience in the wind industry
  • Solid understanding of health and safety procedures including LOTO, electrical safety, fall protection, and MSDS
  • Ability to climb wind turbines up to 180 meters in varying weather conditions
  • Familiarity with mechanical, rotating, and hydraulic systems
  • Experience in construction, installation, commissioning, mechanical testing, and quality management
  • Fluent English skills and confident communication across teams
