Join Our Team as an Installation & Fabrication Manager! We are looking for an organized, knowledgeable, and skilled sign fabricator installer that has leadership potential and is committed to serving the Lancaster, Reading, and Camp Hill markets in Central PA. We are a full-service sign business that has served Lancaster for 25 years. Our purpose at Signarama Lancaster is to enable organizations to communicate their message with pride.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring our high-quality signs are perfectly and safely fabricated and installed at various customer locations
  • Managing the installation of a wide range of signage, including banners, electrical signs, post and panel, building signs, and graphics
  • Fabricating signage as needed
  • Managing the organization of warehouse materials and supplies
  • Managing the operation/organization of two company vehicles
  • Coordinating the installation schedule with project managers
  • Working independently and without hour by hour management
  • Assisting ownership and management in growing and managing the installation team as the company continues to grow

Requirements:

  • Ability to maintain an organized workspace and vehicles
  • Commitment to building a signage installation team at our Lancaster PA facility
  • Experience in sign fabrication and installation or a related construction field
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools, bucket trucks, ladders, scaffolding, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Physically fit to handle manual tasks including lifting over 80 lbs and climbing ladders
  • Leadership experience or potential
