Job Description:

Proclinical is seeking an Installation Engineer to join a dynamic team responsible for delivering specialized installations across diagnostic solutions. In this field-based role, you will play a key part in ensuring the successful installation, relocation, and de-installation of high-volume critical analyzers for blood science, molecular, and tissue diagnostics. This position requires regular travel and overnight stays within the UK and Ireland.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute high-quality installations of diagnostic instruments within allocated timelines
  • Manage project deliverables independently while addressing customer queries effectively
  • Optimize customer space during installations and adhere to laboratory policies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and IT security protocols
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting and escalate issues when necessary
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships
  • Share best practices and contribute to knowledge transfer within the team
  • Accurately document installation activities and update relevant systems
  • Attend training sessions and maintain proficiency in equipment profiles
  • Perform on-site support visits for installations, relocations, and de-installations
  • Maintain calibrated tools and minimal spare part stock as required
