Installation Engineer

• Be responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, and final handover in accordance with technical agreements, drawings, and project schedules, ensuring on-time project delivery
• Coordinate on-site activities during production line installation and commissioning, monitor equipment performance and test results, and prepare relevant technical documentation and reports
• Respond promptly to technical issues arising during customer production, provide both on-site and remote technical support, and help ensure stable production operations
• Work closely with Laboratory, Sales, Engineering, and other relevant functions to provide technical support and facilitate effective execution of projects and customer requirements.

• Bachelor's or higher degree，Electrical, mechanical or a related background
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the assembly, commissioning, or after-sales service of twin-screw extruders or lithium battery slurry preparation equipment
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and electrical schematics, with a good foundation in mechanical fitting and electrical skills
• Ability to write and read English
• Familiar with commonly used office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Hard working， strong practical ability
• Good team-working and capability of working independently
• Good at find out problems, analyze the reason and solve problems
• Strong initiative and learning willingness
• Strong ability to work under pressure and willing to travel long-term
• Good at data analysis and logical reasoning

Experience in lithium-ion battery cathode/anode slurry mixing processes, such as LFP, NCM, and graphite systems, is considered a strong advantage.
