Job Description

Buhler Group in Casablanca, Morocco is looking for a passionate Installation Engineer to join our team. This position is responsible for ensures a proper installation or advisory service for the associated project. Ensuring compliance with Bühler related directives and EHS standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform or supervise installation work in line with engineering documents, safety standards, environmental measures, and local regulations
  • Use available tools and resources effectively to achieve project goals and support plant improvement and cost reduction
  • Ensure timely involvement of Bühler specialists and relevant staff when needed
  • Engage the Engineering Department in resolving technical issues and making key decisions
  • Provide technical feedback and lessons learned to Project Management and Project Execution teams
  • Promote teamwork, compliance, and proper reporting by ensuring good team behavior and tracking scope deviations in the CAQ system

Requirements

  • 4 year Bachelor of Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.)
  • More than 3 years in a similar job
  • Fluent communication in Arabic, French and English
