We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Installation Coordinator to support and manage the planning, documentation, and execution of installation projects nationwide. This role serves as a central point of coordination between installers, property owners, and the internal sales and operations team.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate and track installation projects from pre-installation through completion
Work closely with the project expediter to complete installation reports
Communicate regularly with installers, property owners, onsite management, sales team, and internal operations staff to ensure alignment and smooth execution
Assist with planning and maintaining installation schedules across multiple properties
Track inventory levels for installation materials and notify the warehouse manager when supplies need to be replenished
Provide administrative and logistical support to the operations team as needed
Requirements
Strong customer service skills and ability to have a client-first mindset
Experience in a coordination, administrative, scheduling, or operations support role
Ability to work independently to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, and Google Sheets
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
