Job Description

Inspiring Teaching Assistant, Danesfield School, Medmenham, Marlow. This is a permanent term time only position, starting in September 2026. Term time only: Yes. Salary type: Bucks Pay. Salary Details: Range 1b, point 6 - 10. Contract type: Permanent. Hours: Full-time. Closing date: 29/05/2026. Interviews to be held: By arrangement. You will be responsible for assisting the class teacher with whole class, individual and group tasks, promoting positive behaviour through encouragement and help students to stay focused and engaged. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and happy person who wants to be part of a school where you are valued and your hard work recognised. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to show empathy and patience and be a collaborative team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
